Girlfriends

We had a wonderful time together but all agreed it was to short and went by quickly.We laughed, cried, prayed,played domino's,euchre and talked about anything and everything. We enjoyed each and every moment.
On the way to our place we stopped for lunch in a small town called Orleans at a family restaurant my favorite place to get peanut butter pie .I have bragged about their pie for so long and wouldn't you know it they were out the day we stopped. I couldn't believe it but Debbie called them from our place and ask them to save a whole pie we would pick it up on our way home.She told everybody but me and was I surprised.We each got a fourth to take home.I have talked to them since our trip and the pie was a hit .If anyone has a great recipe for peanut butter pie I would love to try it.Next time we go to our place I am asking if the restaurant will give the pie recipe to me.It is the Best !
We were all sore from laughing was a good sore though. I thank God for the beautiful women He has put in my life.
I took my camera and I am so bad never tool the first picture.Do have precious memories for now.
Hope to do it again before summer is through. Sure wish we had more sleeping space and wouldn't hurt if we were a bit younger too. Blow up beds are not that comfortable.
A lot has happened since we came home, I am having some test next week and could use your prayers.
Will get back with more information after test.My scripture reading the other day was so good it is from the Message Matt 6 29:31 If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers----
most of which are never ever seen---- don't you think He'll attend to you, take pride in you, do His best for you? What I am trying to do here is get you to relax,to not be so preoccupied with getting,so you can respond to God's giving. People who don't know God and the way He works fuss over things, but you know God and how He works.
Steep your life in God your everyday human concerns will be met . Don't you just love it ! I don't and you don't need to worry for anything ! but pray for everything .Amen HUGS to you all.

Friendship

So excited ,three really good girlfriends and I are going to our place in southern In.for 3 days.
Only one of them has ever been there.It is so serene and peaceful and a great place to rest and refresh your spirit.I will try and take pictures and post them when I return. I am looking forward to this as my heart is heavy for a dear friend with MS and she has had complications due to a drug called Tisarbi.She is one in I believe seven in the world who have had a reaction to this drug and at this time no treatment or prognosis.Very serious.She has been in hospital for a month now. please if you read this pray for her and her family she is thirty six years old one teenage daughter married to a wonderful husband and great parents.This is so sad and hate to see her this way,but God has a plan and He sees the big picture and can turn anything to good .Great is His faithfulness morning by morning new mercy's I see.Thank you for your prayers.

Today is the day ! I will rejoice and be glad in it !

Wow what a week I have walked for five days now and really look forward to it.Good time for praying .Today I prayed for Tina and picking Emilee up from college,another transition.Bless them in coming days.My son and his family.Youngest daughter so glad she still has a job.Thanked him for my wonderful friend who is being delivered from alcohol.She is doing so good by the grace of God and hopes someday to testify to it.Glory.You go sweet lady,so proud of her.another friend is battling and winning a new exercise program with a individual trainer,can see her feeling good about herself,it is a battle,when you have never done any type of a program.But now my heart is heavy for a dear friend with MS and she has had a reaction to the tysarbi infusions she has a virus in her brain please join with me in prayer for her and her family they need a miracle.No know treatment and prognosis not good.But hallelujah we serve a big God and he knows what she needs ,I put all my trust in him.Amen Have a beautiful weekend !

From a Greatful Heart

Thank you Lord for a beautiful day,so greatful I have eyes to see all your gifts you give us each day to enjoy,legs to walk started walking yesterday was refreshing did it again today went a little ferther.This is good taking it one day at a time.Good time for praying too.Oh so many prayers but know there is nothing you can't handle,your will for us is good not evil.We need to put our armor on and get ready for battle as it comes (be prepaired ) Gosh I love His word so healing to spirit,soul,mind and body.It is for all ,yep all He did everything for all,we need to continue to be ready to make deciples is that to much for Him to ask ? Think about it. May you have all that is possible in Christ Jesus today !

Restful Sunday

Honey got home and time for vacation to end .We have decided to take another one in the fall and go to Gulf Shores Al will visit some friends who are staying for the whole month.Hope to have a week with them.I am feeling much better and hopefully will get back to enjoying each day again.
Have missed Church and fellowship. Looking forward to Tue night home group word study In Christ and In Him.Our leader is so good and digs in the word and gives us a challenge too.Better get to work on that challenge. Blessing to all on this wonderful Sunday !

Not sure where to start

Lets see went to our place in southern Indy honey had couple of weeks off.We had crazy weather and I took sick came home early went to Dr honey went back took a buddy and I stayed home to recuperate.We sure have been getting our spring rains in.The trees and flowers are all beautiful so rain is good.Kind of like life sometimes the rain must fall,we get refreshed and grow God is so good and so glad He knows and wants us to live abundantly. Glory! We are sure blessed
We can openly worship our Lord,a sweet family,our health,warm home,food in the frig,wonderful church family and friends what more do I need. Check out your blessings and thank Him who gives abundantly .Have a super Sunday
